How can I access the connector on my 1.4 or 1.6 HDI or TDCI engine ? I'm having difficulty reaching it.

- The most common issue is the direction of the connectors. In this case, you have plugged one or both connectors in reverse. To check the correct direction, use the video by clicking HERE.
- You have plugged the box in the wrong place, which is the second most common case. If you are not sure about the location and it does not match the instructions, do not try. You risk damaging the box. You need to contact us and send us photos of your engine and the location where you tried to plug it (always take photos with the engine cover removed).
- If the problem persists at this stage, please contact us.
I have connected the device, but the vehicle does not start and no LED lights up. What should I do ?

For this problem, there are several solutions to check in the following order :
- There is an error with the injection rail brand (for HDI and related engines). This is the most common case. For example, if you have a Bosch rail and the device is intended for a Siemens rail, it will not work. So, no LED on the device lights up and the vehicle refuses to start. In this case, contact us for an exchange of the device.
- You have connected the device in the wrong place. This is the second most common case. If you are not sure where to connect it and it does not match the instructions, do not try. You risk damaging the device. You need to contact us and send us photos of your engine and the location where you tried to connect it (always take photos with the engine cover removed), also check the direction of connection as described in the video by clicking HERE.
- If the problem persists at this stage, please contact us.
