- You have plugged the box in the wrong place, which is the second most common case. If you are not sure about the location and it does not match the instructions, do not try. For this problem, there are several solutions to check in the following order :
- There is an error with the injection rail brand (for HDI and related engines). This is the most common case. For example, if you have a Bosch rail and the device is intended for a Siemens rail, it will not work. So, no LED on the device lights up and the vehicle refuses to start. In this case, contact us for an exchange of the device.
- You have connected the device in the wrong place. This is the second most common case. If you are not sure where to connect it and it does not match the instructions, do not try. You risk damaging the device. You need to contact us and send us photos of your engine and the location where you tried to connect it (always take photos with the engine cover removed), also check the direction of connection as described in the video by clicking HERE.
- If the problem persists at this stage, please contact us.

It's very simple: you receive the power box and have 30 days from the delivery date to test it. If the power box is not suitable for your vehicle, you can return it to us and get a refund.
IMPORTANT: Before returning a package, please check the FAQ to see if a solution to your problem is provided. If not, please contact us. In any case, never return a package without our prior agreement, as it will be refused and returned to you.
ATTENTION: The power box must be returned in perfect condition, clean of all grease, oil, without scratch marks, impacts, or others. If this is not the case, we will not be able to make a refund.
The shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer, only the price of the power box will be refunded.

Fuel economy is a logical side effect of the box, here's how it works:
When the box is installed, you have more power. To reach a given speed, such as 90 km/h, you need to press the accelerator less or for a shorter time. This results in consuming less fuel.
You won't notice it by pressing the pedal, but you will notice it when refueling if you know your usual consumption.
CAUTION: This effect only works if you keep driving the same way as before installing the box. If you tend to accelerate more, there will be no savings.
It is impossible to quantify this saving in advance or to guarantee it. Too many parameters come into play, such as wear, manufacturing tolerances, type of journey, driving style, vehicle load, fuel quality, tire type, etc.
Is the announced power and torque increase real and guaranteed ?
